Should be a good race as A Public has been faster than ever before.
Girls Single A Private boasts some of the best individual talent in all of Georgia and this year this is no definite individual favorite for the State Championship. photos by Daniel McCauley
AAAA should be a be real contest for Podium spots among some very good squads and individuals.

AA can be unpredictable at State, with most runners never having ran a course like Carrollton. Can Bleckley sweep again?
The AAAAAA State races promise to be off the chain. Rematch of Harrison vs Creekview Gals and can Pope Boys best Cambridge again..
Though separate programs, will XC Power Westminster sweep again, or will a brave Boys team, dare to throw a monkey in the wrench? photo by Daniel McCauley
How low can Milton go for Boys, and can South Forsyth's Girls stop a hot Marietta squad, to defend their title..photo by Daniel McCauley
AAAAA state races look to be very tight team wise for Boys and Girls titles.

Landmark has had the best team performance of the season at the Asics/Alexander Invite. Hebron Christian and Whitefield may crash the party on Friday November 3rd and the final podium spot could go to Athens Academy, Wesleyan or Holy Innocents’ depending on who brings their A Game to the State Meet. Teams that could crack the Top at State and on our watch list are Darlington and Brookstone out of the Macon Georgia Children’s Home Area Meet. After Thursday we will be down to the Sweet 16 in Single A Private and will give Top 10 predictions (individual and team). Going to be a fun last two weeks of the season! (via MileSplit)
Woodland and Flowery Branch both run well at Coach Wood. Little change in the rankings this week but the top 4 have pulled away from everyone else and at this point are tightly bunched. Rome re-enters the top 10. (via MileSplit)

Alot of movement from 3-10. After Asics, as promised we do have a watch list now of teams that could be in the Top 10 at State. Darlington and Savannah Christian Prep top this list. The Area Meets will give us more info and next week we will reveal the 15-20 runners that have a chance to earn All-State honors Friday November 3rd. (via MileSplit)
East Jackson moves up after a strong run at Sharptop. Dawson and Westminster on a collision course in November.. (via MileSplit)
Westminster widens the gap over Lovett besting them by :53 1-5 avg. time margin. (via MileSplit)
No changes this week except for Coosa moving uo to 9th. Region meets begin for AA next week. (via MileSplit)
No real changes this week. St Vincent's and Banks Co seem to be running neck and neck. After reviewing results from different courses this week it's a toss up who beats who head to head. Banks ran great at Coach Wood as did SVA in Savannah.. (via MileSplit)
Fall break meant lots of teams did not run this past week as they get ready for Area and State races. (via MileSplit)
As it has been for the majority of the season, GMC and Gordon Lee are lining up for what should be a great race in November. The schools seem to be getting ready for the push over the next few weeks of Area and then State. Lots of teams were off due to fall break. (via MileSplit)
Gonna be a great race at State between Harrison, Cambridge, Alexander and Creekview who may sweep 1-2 individual spots.. (via MileSplit)
Alpharetta and Richmond Hill become Podium contenders. Creekview back in the top 10. (via MileSplit)
If you're involved as a coach, runner, or parent in 4A in Georgia this year, you have to be so thrilled and so frustrated at the same time. There were 4 4A boys squads in the top 10 at Coach Wood. Marist boys regained their position at the top of the standings. Blessed Trinity, St. Pius, and North Oconee boys are crazy close to one another. (via MileSplit)
There are 3 All Class girls squads coming out of the same region (7AAAA). St Pius girls made some huge gains, again making 4A girls Podium an extremely close call with White Co, Blessed Trinity, North Oconee, and Oconee. (via MileSplit)
(via MileSplit) Clarkston explodes to 4th after winning the Angora Invitational. Big showdown at Region 3-AAAAA as top 3 go head to head.
