Most Improved is my favorite category for athletes. I love seeing just how much athletes improve from year to year. There's no greater satisfaction in this sport than watching athletes work hard and see the dividends of their hard work. So each week we will take a look at one discipline of the sport and look at the most improved athletes in those events.
This week we're looking at the middle school athletes. This article is focused on the middle school field events and then later today we will see the middle school running events. Note that in order to make this list you had to be in the top 500 in your event both seasons. Performances are compared to their best performance from the 2023 outdoor season.
