Most Improved Georgia XC Runners From 2025 Regional Meets

I just can't help but love a most improved list. I just love stories where kids put in the work and see their hard work pay off a year later. So today we're looking at who improved the most from the Brooks and Nike regional meets. Since some kids did one regional last year, I just compared them to their performance from last year's regional meet to this year's regional meet, regardless of which regional they competed at.
