GHSA Girls State Championships 2016

Here is the meet schedule for the 2016 GHSA Girls State meet.

Several schools have closed the gap a bit on North Springs after Region and Sectionals making the 5A Girls meet quite interesting.

Its no mistake that Monroe Albany is in position to add another Girls State title to their long resume this weekend when you look at all the Nationally ranked athletes they boast. pictured is Imani Carmouche

McEachern's Girls powered away on Saturday, breaking Westlake's string of 3 straight titles by scoring 52 points on Saturday.

North Springs Charges charges hard in the final 2 events to overcome a speedy Warner Robins squad to repeat. 

It came as no surprise that Monroe was able to recapture the team title on their home turf led by Jahari Williams.

Greater Atlanta Christian performed to their abilities and grabbed another AA State title scoring big points in many events this weekend.
