Joe Sapone of Holy Innocents' tops the Junior Boy returner rankings with his 16:22 from the 2021 GHSA State Championships. He is followed by William Carlton from Decatur at 16:25 and Eli Corn from East Paulding at 16:28. Jared Fortenberry from Marietta is the only other junior who broke 16:40 with his 16:36. Alex Arrambide, Steven McCartney, Houston Hamby, Luke Churchwell, and Jake Westing round out the top 10 while Brian Knuth, Diego Santiago, Jackson Scruggs, Dru Moore, and Nathan Smith all broke 17:00 as well.
