Just like with the boys this list includes the top 500 senior girls from the 2021 GHSA State Cross Country Championships and looked at how they did throughout high school at this meet. Many of the top senior girls were actually four year seniors which is no easy feat. Simone Rojas, Katie Hamfeldt, Cara Joyce, Lorel Golden, Kelly Ann Sutterfield, Laura Arenth, Nicole Pizzo, Janie Cooper, Ashley Thompson, Brooke Browning, Ava Brooks, and Katherine Law all ran all four years. While Others like Emma Geaney, Kate Jonas, Jordan White, Kendall Lynes, and Katie Blount all made pretty big jumps from their first state meet to their last.
