Meet Information

Additional information for Coaches: Field event assignments will be created based on entries.  

The hospitality area will be made available before and during the meet (red infield tent near timing tent). 

We will do 1 for 1 swap prior to the start of the running events, paperwork will be provided at the coaches meeting. 

Implements will be weighed in on the infield next to the timing tent.  Any implement that doesn't meet the weight requirements will be labeled and held for a coach to pick-up. 

Warm up area: Warm up areas will be flagged off, please advise your athletes to avoid hanging out in the infield as space will be limited.  The top turf field will also be available for warm up after the conclusion of the discus event. 

 Heat Sheets/ Live results: We will hand out limited heat sheet paperwork at the coaches 

meeting.  All meet results will be live on MileSplit and displayed on the digital board.

Team Setup: Teams can set up tents on the visitor side of the stadium or at the very top of the home side. PLEASE do not allow your team to set up tents in the lower levels of the home side stadium.

Bus parking: Buses will drop off athletes in front of the stadium along the sidewalk. After dropping athletes off, please inform drivers that they will be required to park in the bus loading area (bus drivers drive toward the exit and turn left, drive past the front of the school, and make the first left before going down the hill). At the end of the meet, drivers should be instructed to pick-up athletes along the sidewalk area in front of the school on the stadium side.

 Medals: 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place individual and relay team awards will be issued during the meet.

 Field Event Information: Throwers: Discus and Shot put- 3 all measured.  

Weighing of implements will take place at the event location. Illegal implements will be held and labeled for coaches to pick-up during the track meet.

Long and Triple Jump: 3 attempts; no finals

Vertical jumps: Opening Height: High Jump- Girls-4'4; Boys-5'4" Pole Vault- Girls-7'; Boys-9'.

Meet Entry Rules: Our goal is to run a fast and efficient meet, please be mindful when entering your runners in this meet. Please follow GHSA athlete entry guidelines.

 

Meet Cost: 

$15 per individual, if less than 10 participants.

Teams: Single Gender $150/ Both: $300

-Boys Pole Vault (will start once girls have finished)

-Boys Discus- 3 entries per team; 3 attempts: Top field
