Lion Friday Night Lights Important Information
Trinity Christian School out of Sharpsburg will be hosting the 2nd Annual Lion Friday Night Lights on March 21st.
We will have FAT timing with a digital board showing results after each race. Both MS and Varsity Divisions are invited.
Entry Information
4 entries per event per team (not including distance events)
-Unlimited entries for the 800m, 1600m and 3200m run
3 Events and 2 Relays max per athlete: 5 total
Examples: *2 field events, 1 running event, all relays.
*3 running events or 3 field events and 2 relays
Attending the Lions Friday Night Lights
Registration deadline is Thursday, March 20th at 11:59 p.m. Make sure to select the "Entered" Key if you are attending. "Online Registration" is open for both Middle School and Varsity teams. The registration process will be used for all teams to designate lane assignments and allow proper structure for the meet.
Volunteers
1. All Teams are asked to provide 2-4 coaches and volunteers that are able to assist with field events and check in.
2. All Head Coaches are asked to provide their volunteer's name by Wednesday, March 19th no later than 11:59 p.m.
3. All Coaches and Volunteers working the meet will be asked to check in at the gate prior to entering the facility. In addition, please indicate where each volunteer is interested in working as an official.
Entry Fees and Gate Fee
There is no "entry fee" for teams participating in the Trinity Lion Classic. There will be a gate fee charged for each individual attending the meet who is not a coach or athlete.
Concessions
The sale of concessions will take place at the meet.
