Important Information
Trinity Christian School out of Sharpsburg will be hosting the 2nd Annual Trinity Finale on Thursday, April 3, 2014.
We will have FAT timing with a digital board showing results after each race. Both MS and Varsity Divisions are invited.
Entry Information
4 entries per event per team
* These are not included:
-> 3 Events and 3 Relays max per athlete: 6 total
Examples:
*2 field events, 1 running event, all relays.
*3 running events or 3 field events and 3 relays
Attending the Trinity Finale
Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 2nd at 9:59 p.m. Make sure to select the "Entered" Key if you are attending. "Online Registration" is open for both Middle School and Varsity teams. The registration process will be used for all teams to designate lane assignments and allow proper structure for the meet.
Volunteers
1. All Teams are asked to provide 2-4 coaches and volunteers that are able to assist with field events and check in.
2. All Head Coaches are asked to provide their volunteer's name by Tuesday, April 1st no later than 11:00 a.m.
3. All Coaches and Volunteers working the meet will be asked to check in at the gate prior to entering the facility. In addition, please indicate where each volunteer is interested in working as an official.
Gate Fees
There is no "entry fee" for teams who are participating in the Lion Relays. There will be a gate fee charged for each individual attending the meet who is not a coach or athlete.

-> Based on the time schedule, we will plan to begin running the 4x100 meter relay by 3:00 p.m. If we do not conclude the field events by this time, there is a designated break scheduled. The field events that are not completed will start back during the 1600 meter run and we plan to conclude these events.
