Ok, NOW it feels like cross country season out there. I'm old enough to know that we've got more hot days ahead of us, but the best thing about hurricane season is that it can also bring low pressure days which means less humidity and actually enjoyable running weather, even in the afternoon sun and heat. But what it REALLY means is that you get a weekend of cooler temperatures than we've had in a while and that almost always means fast times. We haven't had too much rain so the ground shouldn't be too soft. I doubt it'll be too hard either, so we likely won't have ridiculous times. But when you combine good ground conditions with the cool weather and lower humidity that we've had this week, it usually leads to lots of PR's. It'll be fun to see the most improved list this week!
