What's fun about cross country is that every course is different. But what's fun about MileSplit is that it offers a way to compare times across these different courses. And we can combine multiple courses and come up with a ranking of sorts even though the athletes didn't race each other head to head. So each week we are going to compare performances from the top meets of the weekend. Note, we will only go as deep as the top 1000 individuals, so if your 5 scorers did not place in the top 1000, then there will not be a team score.

This week we're looking at results from Bob Blastow, North Georgia, Pickens Preview, Bulldog Distance Classic, Strong Rock, and NGXCL 1 Frontrunner.

A few things stand out to me from this weekend. Jones County is right there with West Forsyth, who I view as the team to beat in Georgia this year. That's a big deal. Also, Denmark boys are stronger than I expected them to be this year. Not a huge surprise given their coach's history of success, but still worth men...
