Keira Beaumont had a pretty big meet this week for North Cobb
Congratulations to Morgan Grace Sheffield and Alpharetta's relay teams for being voted as the performers of the week for the meets leading up to and during spring break. Sheffield ran a PR of 5:10 to win the 1600 at the GA Spring Break showdown. Alpharetta also competed at the same meet, and their 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams absolutely killed it, likely with multiple athletes doing both. their 4x200m relay team ran 1:25.53 which is 8th all time in Georgia and their 4x400m relay team ran 3:14.75 which is almost good enough for top ten in Georgia, meaning they will probably get it at some point this season.

The boys vote this week is between Luke Stradley, Sidi Njie, Keayari Thompson, Joseph Williams, and Westminster's 4x800m relay team.
