A Private Boys Team 1st Outlook (based on Returners and Pr's from 2018)
It was quite a race last season for A Private Boys as the top 4 Podium squads were within only 26 points after the dust had cleared. Wesleyan took a narrow 4 point win over Whitefield with Holy Innocents 3 points back. Wesleyan is the safe bet to repeat having lost only 1 runner to graduation and they are led by Jr. Mac Howie who placed 9th last Fall at State, Holy Innocents won tough region 5 and many thought they would win State. The Bears return 6 of their top 7 including William Welden who was the top runner most of last season and is also coming off a strong summer on the track. Classmates Griffin Collier and James Watson are two more who have looked good after a week of practice and they have some solid freshman too.
