General Information
Eligibility:
All competitors are required to be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade and living in the state of Georgia. Only valid middle schools and GA-unattached athletes who are in middle school grades will be allowed to enter the meet. Club teams are allowed to register athletes but will not be scored as part of the championship.

Entry Fees:
Middle Schools/Clubs = $60 per team (Girls or Boys), $110 for both Girls and Boys
Georgia Unattached = $25 per person
All entries are to be completed and monies received by April 27 at 11:59pm. A performance list will be available online at www.smartmeets.com and ga.milesplit.us on April 28.
Event Restrictions:
Middle schools/Clubs can enter 2 competitors in each event and 2 relays in each relay event. A competitor may only enter up to 4 events. This includes field events and relays.
Events:
The state middle school championship will be a two day event. Friday will consist of all field events except for the pole vault. Saturday will consist of a morning and afternoon session. The morning session will be on a rolling schedule beginning at 8:30am. The afternoon session will start at 3:30pm and will be on a strict time schedule.
