3K Middle School Course Map
Coaches check the assignments for Navy and Silver. We are open to some of the Navy schools to run in the Silver race to make the numbers balance better. Our goal is trying to allow everyone to run on the 29th. We are allowing 7 runners for the JV Race and then the remaining JV runners can run in the coed race at the end of the meet (3K). We will be giving out 300 medals in the meet. We have bathrooms in the auditorium and in the school. T-Shirts will be sold at the meet, and Kona Ice will be at the meet. If anybody has any questions, email me or text me at 404 788-3415. We are giving a load of trophies out at the meet. We are hosting the State Sectionals for 4A Regions 5-6-7-8 and 7A Regions 5-6-7-8 on Oct. 31 at East Jackson.

I want to thank everyone who was part of our 13 years at Lamar Murphy Park. Due to reallocation of space/land within the park, the North Georgia Cross Country Championships will be held at EAST JACKSON HIGH SCHOOL starting this year, 2026.

The Navy Division is reserved for the top 25 entered teams.
The Silver Division is for the rest of the teams entered.

7:25 AM Middle School Boys 3K
7:45 AM Middle School Girls 3K
8:10 AM NAVY Division Boys 5K (up to 12 entries/school)
8:30 AM NAVY Division Girls 5K (12/school)
8:55 AM SILVER Division Boys 5K (12 entries)
9:30 AM SILVER Division Girls 5K (In Silver Girls run up to 16 girls in Silver)
10:05 AM JV Boys 5K Runners (limit to 7 entries/team)
10:35 AM JV Boys and JV Girls 5K (coed race, JV girls plus any additional JV boys)
11:05 AM JV 3K Boys and JV 3K Girls (Our numbers did not indicate we needed to run two races).
Awards will be given for both boys and girls in the 3K JV race
The Two Middle School Races at 7:25 and 7:45 are FULL.
Bathrooms will be located in the auditorium as well as in the main building where you check in in the morning.
$250.00 for high school boys and girls (includes junior varsity)*
* $150.00 for high school single gender (if fielding only boys or only girls)
$125.00 for Middle School (this includes both boys and girls)
Trainer and assistants will be available near the finish chute.
Eagle Sports will be selling meet t-shirts.
NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowed on our school grounds.
Water will be available for athletes in the finish area.
MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: EJ Running Booster Club - and PLEASE note the name of the race on your check!
AWARDS:
Medals will be given at the end of the chute.
