Meet Information
- Please Note: This year's meet is password protected to ensure that only committed teams register. Last season, several teams signed up but did not attend, which disrupted the seeding process. Requiring a password helps us better manage meet logistics and prepare accordingly.

Here's where things stand:
- The current list is based on my best estimates at this stage.
- Some teams have smaller rosters, and I've also received requests to place specific individuals in the Championship race while placing the rest of their team elsewhere. I'm still working through those adjustments.
- Please note that this is a fluid document and I will continue updating it over the next few days. I'll keep you posted with any changes.
- The assumption is that if your team is placed in a specific varsity division race, your JV team is also placed in that same division's JV race. If you are not planning to run a JV team, please let me know so I can clean up those line-ups.
If for any reason your plans change and you're unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
Race Divisions & Meet Information
Championship Division: This division will feature approximately 35 - 40 top teams. In addition, top individual runners from non-qualifying teams will be allowed to compete in the Championship Division.
Red Division These divisions will include the next 35 - 40 teams. Coaches are encouraged to review the Virtual Meet Rankings to get a general idea of where your team may be placed. While these rankings are not the final deciding factor, they offer a helpful reference point for race placement.
Black Division: The next group of 35 - 40 teams will be placed into the Red and potentially Black Divisions, depending on the total number of entries.
Coaches can refer to the Virtual Meet Rankings for a general idea of placement-while not the final deciding factor, it provides a good estimate of where your team may race.
We aim to have only one Black Division, which will be competitive and structured as follows:
- 10 varsity runners
- Unlimited junior varsity entries
- This structure allows for a strong competition while maintaining manageable race sizes.
Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs:
All warm-ups and cool-downs must be conducted off the course. The race course will officially close at 7:30 AM.
There is ample space available away from the course for teams to warm up and cool down.
