The meet is full for high school teams and middle  teams.
2024 Invited Athlete - We are excited to welcome Connor Mantz, BYU graduate, NIKE sponsored professional runner, and 2024 USA Olympian in the marathon. 
   Connor will be here to sign autographs, take pictures and help with awards. A few of his PRs and accolades:

Schedule of races

6:30 am Packet Pick-up Opens and Course Open for Warm-ups

7:20 am Course Closes for Warm-ups

7:30am Varsity Girls -  (max 8 runners per team)

8:00am  Varsity boys -  (max 8 runners per team)  

8:25am  JV Girls - (unlimited-  please run your non varsity freshman girls in the freshman race)

9:00am JV Boys - (unlimited - please run your non varsity freshman boys in the freshman race)

9:30am  Freshman Girls-  (use mile split to enter your non varsity girls into this race)

10:05am Freshman Boys - (use mile split to enter your non varsity boys into this race)

10:35 am Middle School Girls -3000m

10:55am Middle School Boys -3000m

11:10am   All Races are completed

10:35  Awards  started for high school while the middle school races are going.

Timing: The Perfect Timing Group is the timing company for this meet. Each athlete will have a race number with the timing chip in the number.   NO show chip. 

 Results will be posted on www.ga.milesplit.com and www.ptgrouponline.com later on Saturday.

Directions to the XC Course - One Church  (formerly Heritage Christian Church) - 2130 Redwine Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215 ---- 2 miles from Starr's Mill High School, down Redwine Road

Awards Specifics - We will have an awards ceremony starting at 10:35 (same time as middle school girls start).  Awards will be in order of the races.  We will not hand out awards in advance.    Connor Mantz will be helping with awards. 

Varsity Races

Individual Medals for the Top 20 runners

Team Medals for each varsity runner on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams

JV Races

Individual Medals for the Top 20 runners

Team Medals for each JV runner on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams (limited to the top 10 runners)

Freshman Races

Individual Medals for the Top 10 runners

Team Medals for each freshman runner on the 1st and 2nd place teams (limited to the top 10 runners)

3K Middle School Races

Individual Medals for the Top 20 runners

Team Medals for each middle school runner on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams (limited to the top 10 runners)

Courtesy Rules:

If you have an athlete that cannot run faster than 28 minutes in the VARSITY girls race or 24 minutes in the VARSITY boys race, you should put them in the JV race.

If your athlete must stop to walk during the race, we will ask them to step off the course and not finish.

For the Freshman and middle school Races, we will run the clock for a few additional minutes.
