Meet Admission: Admission cost is $5 per day. Tickets need to be purchased on GoFan. The ticket gate will be cashless. Coaches must have their GHSA Coaches pass to enter stadium.

  • Entry fee can be brought to the meet or mailed. Due before packet pick up.

Entries:

  • 3 per individual event/gender
  • 1 relay per event/gender
  • Deadline to enter entries is Tuesday, March 21st @ 11 pm.
  • Athletes entered in the Varsity meet CANNOT compete in the JV meet
  • All performances should be verified from 2023
  • Any time/mark not verified will be seeded as NT/NM

Event Information:

  • Weigh-ins will be near the shot put area beginning at 10:00 AM on 3/25.
  • Athletes report to the staging area (start of event) for their event (see stadium map).
  • For relays, please do not use chalk! This is your warning!
  • All GHSA and NFHS rules and guidelines will be followed.
  • Scoring- Individual and relay: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
  • 1/4 inch pyramid spikes or shorter are to be used on the track.
  • No electronic devices allowed in the check-in or competitive area.

Awards

  • Team Trophies: Top 3 girl teams & top 3 boy teams.
  • Individuals/Relays Medals: Top 8 will receive a medal- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place individuals/ relays will receive their medals on the podium in the in-field after the conclusion of each event; 4th-8th place medals will be placed in their coaches' packets to pick up after the meet. Medals will not be mailed. Coaches, once we receive the results, we will call up the top 3 to the podium.

Facility: 8 lane track, new surface. Timing will be FAT.

Concession/T-Shirts: Meet t-shirts will be sold for $25 short sleeve, $30 long sleeve, & $40 for hoodies.

Parking/ Team Drop Off: Busses should drop off at the stadium and then park in appropriate spaces. Spectators needs to park in the appropriate parking spots on campus. See parking map.

Tents: Tents are to be set up in the visitor stands/near the tennis courts. No tents on the home side. See team seating map.

Athlete Check In: The check in area will be set up on the left side of the football field. This area will also be the warm-up area. There will be a "First Call", "Second Call", and "Third and Final Call" before each running event. 

Meet Results: We will post results on the home side near the concession stand, following each event. Results will be online at the conclusion on ga.milesplit.com courtesy of The Perfect Timing Group. We will also post live results on our jumbotron throughout the meet.

Infield: The infield will be closed to all athletes not running with the exception being the athletes running, on deck or warming up. All spectators will need to be outside of the fence around the track & are not allowed in the competition area.

Rules: All GHSA and NFHS rules will be enforced. We will have a Games Committee to resolve any disputes.

Hospitality: Breakfast and lunch will be served in the hospitality room inside The Lions Den. Coaches will receive a wristband in their packets. Athletes are not allowed in the building. This is also where the coach's meeting will take place.

For qualifying to finals: 
  • 5 of less heats- Heat winners and next fastest times
  • 6-9 heats- Top 8 overall times
  • 800: 4 heats; winners of each heat + next 6 fastest times; top 10 advance to finals
