7:30 Middle School Boys and Girls
8:00 Varsity Boys and Girls (Runners 1,2, & 3)
8:20 Varsity Boys and Girls (Runners 4,5, & 6)
8:40 Varsity Boys and Girls (Runners 7-12) 
9:00 J.V. Boys Unlimited
9:20 J.V Girls Unlimited
Restrooms will be available about 75 meters behind the starting line in the school
Georgia Promotions will be selling meet shirts
Medals will be given each race
Team Awards will given to:
Top 3 Teams in the Varsity (Boys, Girls)
Top 2 Teams in JV (Boys, Girls)
Top Team in Middle School (Boys, Girls)
Parking: $5.00 per car
One entrance will be open for cars and buses for the meet
No Pets allowed on EJHS or EJES campuses
Kona Ice and Georgia Promotions will set up near the restrooms at the Auditorium. 
We will only be going 1-5 in the varsity races for Varsity Team awards and will have an envelope with Stage 1 Runner finish, Stage 2 Runner finish, Stage 3 runner finish, Stage 4 runner finish, and stage 5 runner finish. You will turn in the envelop with your total score for each of these stage winners from your team. We will be giving each race medals and jv and middle school team awards. 

Entry Fees:

$100.00 total for "Varsity" and "JV" teams (boys and girls)

* if entering only one gender, the cost is still $100.00


* this fee covers fielding both varsity and JV squads for both genders


$50.00 total for middle school boys and girls

* if entering only one gender, the cost is still $50.00


$150.00 total for teams bringing both high school and middle school runners

East Jackson will host the North Georgia Stage Races. The plan is to make this meet an annual event in August. This race will be for Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Middle School ages. We look forward to having you at the East Jackson Campus. We hope to work on the course over the next few years that will be an exciting place to race.
