7:30 Middle School Boys and Girls (unlimited entries)
8:00 Varsity Boys and Girls (runners 1, 2, and 3 / max 3 boys and 3 girls per team)
8:20 Varsity Boys and Girls (runners 4, 5, and 6 / max 3 boys and 3 girls per team)
8:40 Varsity Boys and Girls (runners 7 - 12 / max 5 boys and 5 girls per team)
9:00 JV Boys/Girls Combined (unlimited entries)
HS STAGE RACE RULES/SCORING
> The stage 1 race will score runners 1, 2, and 3 - 3 total positions deep. Please only run your top 3 runners (3 boys and 3 girls, 6 total for each team on the line). Do not run more than your top 3 runners for each gender in stage 1 race.
> The stage 2 race will score runners 4 and 5 with your 6th runner being a displacer. Again, please only run 3 boys and 3 girls in this stage race.
> Your team scores from each of the stage races above will be combined for a final varsity team score.
> The stage 3 race will be your runners 7 through 12, so 5 boys and 5 girls. These do not factor into the team points but still receive medals in the race.

$250.00 total for teams bringing both high school and middle school runners
