The meet will

allow 3 individual entries per event and 1 relay team per school. Horizontal

jumps and Throws will allow 4 attempts for every athlete with no finals heat.

Vertical jumps will be contested in 5 Alive format.

Session of Field Events Begin: Girls Shot Put, Boys Discus, Girls Triple Jump,

Boys Long Jump, Boys Pole Vault, Girls High Jump

10:00am

Distance Medley Relay (12,4,8,16) Girls before Boys

10:15am Second

Session of Field Events Begin: Genders from First Session Reverse. 4 attempts for everyone in the horizontal jumps and throws. 

12:00pm:

Running Events will begin using the standard order of events. Girls before Boys

400m Dash

100m Dash

100/110m Hurdles

800m Run

200m Dash

300m Hurdles

3200m Run

4x400m Relay

We will award

medals to the top 3 places in each event. Trophies will be awarded to the top 2

teams in each gender.

MeetFees $125 per gender; $200 for both boys and girls.
