We are excited to bring you the 2015 at&t Starr's Mill Panther XC Meet.

You can count on another strong XC meet this year:

1- A Fast course with a few hills to make it interesting
2- Strong fields in all the races
3- A great spectator course for fans
4- A well managed race with shoe chip timing to keep timing/scoring moving.

We have some exciting news for this year's meet:
1- Emily Sisson- NCAA 5000m record holder, 2 time NCAA Champion, and American junior record holder in 5000m will be joining us as the elite athlete. She will be at the dinner on Friday at 6:30pm as well as Saturday to help with awards and sign autographs.
2-we improved the course with more grass for improved footing and wider in key areas to handle larger field size.
3- We will have 2 varsity divisions and cap at 50 high school teams in varsity; about 25 teams in each division; see revised schedule

Schedule of 8 races:
6:30 am Packet Pick-up Opens and Course Open for Warm-ups
7:50 am Course Closes for Warm-ups
8:00 am Championship Varsity Girls (10 runners)*
8:30 am Championship Varsity Boys (10 runners)*
9:00 am Varsity Girls (10 runners)*
9:30 am Varsity Boys (10 runners)*
10:00 am JV Girls (unlimited)
10:30 am JV Boys (unlimited)
11:00 am Freshman Boys & Girls(run together, scored & awarded separately)
11:30 am Middle School Boys & Girls- 3000m (run together, scored & awarded separately)
11:45 am Awards (we should be done by 12:30am)

* a school can enter only 1 varsity team.


Timing:
Perfect Timing Group is the timing company for this XC meet. Each athlete will have a race number and a shoe chip. We will remove the shoe chip before they leave the finish chute. All shoe chips not returned will be charged to the school of the runner. Results will be posted on www.ga.milesplit.com and www.ptgrouponline.com later on Saturday.

***All runners must be register online to receive shoe chips. No shoe chip = No official time.

Entry Fee:
$150 per girls team only or $150 per boys team only
$250 per combined girls & boys teams
$25 per individual (we only allow individuals the Middle School race)

77 acres, 3 entrances for easy traffic flow
1000+ parking spots, special bus parking area, plus overflow parking
Plenty of areas for team tents (shaded or in the sun)

Plenty of portable restrooms near team team/ warm up area and separate one inside the start area

Course is very spector friendly/ go down by the lake and see your athlete run

Custom AT&T Panther XC Invitational T-shirts available for purchase;
Course markers every 200m on the course + additional Clock at the 1 mile marker
Finish Chute and large clock at the line

Elite Athlete Tent for autographs
Emily Sission will be available at the tent to sign autographs and take pictures throughout the morning.

Courtesy Rules:
If your athlete must stop in walk during the race, we will ask them to step off the course and not finish.
We will stop the automatic timing at 30 minutes. If you have an athlete running slower than 30 minutes, they will not get placed in the results and the coach will need to secure their time.
For the Freshman and middle school Races, we will run the clock for a few additional minutes.
