Entry Fee: $100/School ($50 Boys team/$50 Girls team) - Make Checks payable to: Woodland High School
Awards: Trophies to the top three Varsity teams and top two Open teams.
Medals to the Top 15 individual runners in Varsity race
Medals to the Top 10 individual runners in Open race
Course: 5K Cross Country course that is approximately 85% grass and 15% packed dirt. Course is mostly flat with one exception, The Rock. The Rock is a really large hill that rises approximately 80 feet above the main course elevation and will be encountered in the second mile. The uphill portion is approximately of a mile in length. After The Rock its mostly downhill and flat.
Instruction: Please enter all athletes. On race day, run your top 7 in the Varsity race.
Conformation: If you plan on attending, please notify Matthew Landolt or Rob Forbes by email, and mail your entry fee in order that is received no later than September 6, 2013.
