he GATFXCCA (Georgia Track & Field / Cross Country Coaches Association) is now accepting nominations for the following positions: Classification (A-Private, A Public, AA, AAA, AAAA, AAAAA, AAAAAA) representatives for XC and Track / At-Large Representatives through June 19.
The links in the article body are for pre-registering for the annual GA Track/XC Coaches clinic, as well as basic information. This year mark's the 20th edition, and the best lineup of speakers ever! Hands-on/demonstration sessions for many events: Hurdles, Vault, Jumps, Throws, Starts, Relays. There will also be a session and info in the coaches' packets about the new GATFXCCA, the Georgia Track & Field / Cross Country Coaches Association, that is being formed now for our sport. A great group of vendors with some cool drawings will be included.
The Georgia Track and Field Clinic will be held at Parkview High School on January 17, 2015. In the brief is Registration Information and early Clinic Information which will be detailed in the coming weeks. There are already some outstanding speakers lined up with more coming......

Brookwood’s field of distance runners may be the best ever in GA history, Dacula’s throwers continue to best their opponents, Grayson’s distance program is looking to leave a mark on the way to Jefferson, South Gwinnett and Shiloh’s speed and jumpers look to make their presence known and Parkview looms just around the corner.
