If you would have looked at the team rankings lately, you wouldn\'t have expected this one but SW Dekalb pulls out a big win over Stephenson and Redan at the Dekalb Co Championships 87-83-78. With depth in the distance events, SW Dekalb pulls off the mild upset over Stephenson and Redan. Brittney Robbins and Racquel Daly score big points in the 800 and 1600 as Daly goes 2:16.30 to Robbins 2:16.86. Robbins added a 2nd place finish in the 1600 going 5:20.20 behind Emily Reese\'s 5:11.02. Daly added a fourth place finish in the 1600 going 5:27.04. Southwest\'s 4x400 set a new Dekalb record as well going an amazing 3:49.40 to edge Stephenson who posted an equally impressive 3:51.19. Porche Byrd, of Cross Keys, finished 1st in the 400m with a time of 55.44 for the win over Joanna Atkins of Stephenson. Diamond Marks of Redan finished 3rd in 57.04. Aleesha Barber, of Redan, was a double gold winner , taking 1st in the 100 and 300 hurdles.
