Most Improved is by far my favorite category for athletes. I love seeing just how much athletes improve from year to year. There's no greater satisfaction in this sport than watching athletes work hard and see the dividends of their hard work. So each week we will take a look at one discipline of the sport and look at the most improved athletes in those events.
