The second half of September saw some great racing all around with some big victories and fast times for Georgia kids. JOEY SANDEL put up the fastest time in the state when he traveled to Arizona for the Desert Twilight XC Festival. This was very impressive considering it was another trip out of state one week after heading up to North Carolina for the adidas XC Challenge. JOE SAPONE turned in another big win at the Wingfoot XC Classic showing his win in Alabama was no fluke. ETHAN ASHLEY turned in another dominant win at the 2021 Warpath Invitational which he did in trainers. He was then seen doing a workout after the race showing that his 15:34 was just something he trained through. The girls would not be outdone though. RUBY LITTLE turned in a very quick 17:49 at Adidas and then followed it up with her big win at Wingfoot in 18:08. SAMANTHA MCGARITY first went to The Southern Showcase to clock an 18:14 on the quick course and then came back and ran a very strong 18:22 for 3rd at wingfoot. And finally GRACE VON BIBERSTEIN got another win at Warpath in 18:11 before coming in 4th at Wingfoot.
Voting closes at midnight on Wednesday. Winner will get an interview on Milesplit.
