MS Boys Runners of the Week
Zack 'Attack' Truitt dominated MS running as a 7th grader, and is the man to beat again this Fall. He is another one of Coach Bill Thorn's thoroughbreds from Landmark Christian. Zack was pushed the first mile at Battle of Atlanta, but hit another gear going up a hill and sped away to victory in 10:27. (photo by Daniel McCauley)
Davis Potts comes from a running family, as his mom is a great road racer, and brother Anthony is a top runner for North Oconee. Davis had a valiant effort at Battle of Atlanta, pushing Truitt hard the first mile. He hung around, good enough for a 10:40 runnerup finish. (photo by Daniel McCauley)
