Course:
5k, primarily in the woods with mulch and crushed rock surface. Soccer stadium start and finish with an open 100 yard view of the trail after they exit and prepare to enter the stadium. This is a challenging course with many gradual inclines/declines. There is room for spectators in the stands, outside the black fence surrounding the soccer field, and the sidewalk area between the school/parking lot overlooking the field.

Entries:
Email all entries to Scott Findlay at sfindlay@btcatholic.org by Wednesday, September 15th. This meet is intended for Region 6AA members only and any middle school teams invited by Queen of Angels. If your school has an associated middle school team, please pass this invitation along. The purpose of this meet is to provide an opportunity for members of our region to compete mid-season and to evaluate the Blessed Trinity course as a possible site for the region meet.

Entry Fee:
Make check payable to Blessed Trinity Catholic High School no later than Wednesday September 15th.
Both Boys and Girls $100 or $50 separately

Awards:
Trophies for the top 3 teams in all races
Medals for the top 10 individuals in all races

Directions:
* Take GA 400 North from either 75/85 or 285 (North of the Perimeter)

* At Exit 7B, take ramp onto SR-140 (Holcomb Bridge Rd)

* Road name changes to Crossville Road

* Turn left on Woodstock Road

* Turn right onto the entrance road for Blessed Trinity Catholic High School

* Proceed straight through the first stop sign by the church

* Spectators may park behind or in front of the main school building. Overflow parking is available in the lot by the Lacrosse field, and Queen of Angels elementary school. Cars parked in the main horseshoe, the pick up/drop off area in front of the main school entrance marked with a yellow curb will be towed!


Team Buses and Coaches:
* Turn left at the next stop sign in front of the school

* Proceed straight beyond the two main parking lots and the soccer field to the parking lot by the tennis courts. There will be a gate that closes for the first race and will not open until after the awards ceremony.


Tent Set-up:
All tents should be erected outside the fence around the tennis courts. No tents should be placed between the soccer field and the road so as not to interfere with the view of the start and finish.

Concessions/Restrooms:
The concession stand (between the football and softball fields) will be open as will the restrooms. Food and drinks will be available at a concessions tent by the stands.

Packet Pick-up:
A green scorer tent will be erected near the finish line (map attached). Please come pick-up your packet at this tent when you arrive.

Race Times:
A bullhorn will sound signaling the end of strides and calling athletes to the line 5-minutes prior to start.

Results/Awards:
Awards will begin at 11:15 AM. Please usher athletes and fans to the bleachers at this time. Results will be made available to coaches via e-mail and posted on gatfxc.com

Clean-up:
Please encourage your athletes to help us by cleaning up any trash they might encounter!
