Online Registration Instructions
Entries
- 7 athletes per event
- Registration fee-10$ per athlete
- Substitutions- Fill out the Runner Substitution Form for changes made after registration deadline. Turn in form at the coaches meeting. Make sure all athletes are registered on mile split.
Schedule
- Arrival - After 8:30 AM
- No teams or spectators on property before 8:30 to ensure normal traffic flow during morning drop-off
- Coaches Meeting - 9:00 AM on the Track
- Girls Race- 10:00 AM
- Boys Race - 10:45 AM
- Awards - 11:30 AM In the Stadium
