Online Registration Instructions
Our course is flat and fast!
Middle School 3200m Course Map
Fee: $65 for each high school gender or $130 if bringing both a boys and girls high school team. $45 for each middle school gender or $90 if bringing both a boys and girls middle school team. $10 per individual athlete.
*Middle School runs free if fielding a high school team of the same gender.
*Please make checks payable to Cook Middle School and pay at the registration tent on the morning of the meet.
*$5 per vehicle parking; coaches please let your parents know.

The schedule is as follows,
Packet Pick-Up: starting at 7:00am
Senior Recognition: 7:30am
High School Boys 5000m - 8:00am
High School Girls 5000m - 8:45am
Middle School Boys 3200m - 9:30am
Middle School Girls 3200m - 10:00am
Awards - 10:30am
We will offer awards to the top 10 finishers in each high school race; awards to the top 5 finishers in each middle school race, and trophies to the top 3 teams in each race.
