We would love to host about 10 teams.

Meet will be FAT. Entries fees for both gender teams are $250 or $125 for a single gender team. Awards will include a 1st and runner up trophy and medals for the top 3 finishers in each event. Registration must be completed by Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Midnight. Up to 3 competitors per event are allowed, however only 1 relay team per school will be permitted. I am allowing 2 4x100m relay teams. Meet starts at 4:00pm, brief coaches meeting at 3:30. Track location is 269 Old Field Rd, Franklin, GA 30217. Email Coach Shelnutt for questions. General Information

1. Admission is $5.

2. The Track has eight lanes, is all-weather, and utilizes FAT timing.

3. Shot Put and Discus areas are concrete.

4. Starting blocks will be provided, and you may bring your own.

5. Shots and Discus will be inspected, weighed, and marked before Coaches meeting. At the Throwing area

6. Each school may enter three athletes in each individual event and one relay team. 7. All heats and flights will be set according to times, distances, and heights from entry form. Please be honest. 8. We will be scoring 8 places. 9. Champion and runner up trophies will be presented at conclusion of the meet. Individual Medals will be picked up at the end of the meet. 10. Spectators will only be allowed on the track during field events. 11. Results will be posted on the side of the Concession stand building. 12. The control tent is for timers and pickers only. No coach should enter unless summoned over the PA system. 13. Athletes competing in events held at the same time should report to both the Field Judge and the Clerk of the Course. Running events take precedence over field events and vertical events take precedence over horizontal events.



Bus Parking Buses should drop off athletes and then park in the parking lot beside the gym.

Check-In 1. Check in will be located in the finish line side end zone of the infield.

Implement Weigh-In Implements will be weighed in at the shot put area before coaches meeting.

Team Areas

1. Tents are only allowed in the grassy areas around the track that are not near the shot put or jumping pits..

2. Tents are not allowed in the stands or the infield
