$250 both genders -- please make checks out to Eagles TFXC Booster Club.
$150 one gender
$20 per individual
Each team may have three entrants into each individual event and two relay teams for 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400. Only one relay team for 4x800. Athletes are limited to four total entries, including relays. Only the top relay team from each school will score points, although both relay teams could still medal.
Top 3 in each event will medal (We will have a medal stand to hand out medals)
Top 3 teams in each gender will earn a trophy
COACHES MEETING: This will take place at 8:30 a.m. in the Coaches Hospitality Room, which is in the field house. This is the time to make 1-for-1 changes in running events. Any 1-for-1 changes in field events should be made at that field event.
TENTS/TEAM AREAS: If you have tents, please set them up on the visitor's side stands or upper part of the stands on the home side, as long as it doesn't block the view of the press box. There are a few areas outside of the fence as well.
WARMUP AREA: Half of the infield will be roped off for warmups. This will be on the side where athletes enter and exit the field, which is the horizontal jump pit side.
Coaching Assignments: Will be sent out in an email a few days before the meet. Please make sure you have a coach at the designated spot at the designated time.
Field Events: Each contestant will be allowed 4 attempts in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put and Discus. All legal first attempts will be measured. Throws and Horizontal Jumps will not be measured after the first attempt if the performance is not beyond the minimum measurement mark (subject to change based on entries).
RUNNING EVENT CHECK-IN: Will be on the left side of the visitor's bleachers. This is where athletes will enter and exit the field. All other access points to the track will be blocked off.
