Entries:

- Entries will be done through: http://ga.milesplit.com

- Entries are due on Wednesday April 16th at 5:00pm

- Coaches, it is your job to get your athletes entered. You must have alternates prepared prior to the coaches meeting for any meet day absences. There will be no changes once the meet starts.

- Entries: 2 entries per running event and 2 entries per field event.

Entry Fee:

-     Team checks ($100) are made payable to West Hall Middle School 

Event Information:

- Field events: All field events will have 3 attempts

- For relays, please do not use chalk!

- All events will be scored, 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Awards: Top 2 girls and boys teams will receive a trophy.

Facility: 6 lane track. Timing will be FAT by Runners Fit Race Works

Concessions:  Concessions will be open throughout the meet, as well as Kona ICE.

Meet Admission: Admission cost is $2.

Drop Off/Parking: Athletes will be dropped off at the high school football gate, and bus parking will be on the back road beside the football field. We will have signs for buses.

Tents: Tents can be set at the top of the stadium.

Meet Results: Live Results will be posted online during the event. Final results will be online at the conclusion on ga.milesplit.com courtesy of Runners Fit Race Works.

Check In: Check in will be in the middle of the football field. Athletes need to report to the orange cones once their event has been called. The First Call-10 minutes before the event, Second Call-5 minutes before the event, and Third and Final Call- Line up at the start.

Meet Schedule:

1:30 p.m.- Teams arrive

2:00 p.m.- Coaches Meeting (in the middle of the field)

2:30 p.m.- Events begin

2:30-3:00 Field Events Session I: Girls Discus, Boys Shot, Girls Long Jump, Boys High Jump

3:00-3:30 Field Events Session II: Boys Discus, Girls Shot, Boys Long Jump

3:00 p.m.- 3200 Meter Run (Girls/ Boys)

3:30 - 4:00 Field Events Session III: Girls Triple Jump, Girls High Jump

4:00 - 4:30 Field Events Session IV: Boys Triple Jump
