CCPS 2025 MS Track and Field Championships Southern Crescent - 3/31, 4/1 & 4/2 Make up 4/3 & 4/4

Entries:

2 athletes per event. Seed times are required for 800, 1600, and all field events. The 800 and 1600 will be contested as timed finals; slow heat followed by fast heat. Fields events will be contested as a 3 attempt final (no prelims to finals).

Preliminary Qualifying:

The 100, 200, 400, hurdles, and relays will run preliminary heats. Seeding for preliminaries will be random. Advancing to finals will be based on time only.

Six places will score as follows: 10-8-6-4-2-1.

Event Schedule will be shared at the coaches meeting at the beginning of the season.

 All rosters and entries must be entered on http://ga.milesplit.com/
o  Each school will get 2 entries in each event, 2 girls and 2 boys.  2 athletes per individual event. Relays a total of 6 per team. (Athletes can not be listed on both A & B teams).
o  All field events and all running events entries must be completed by 10am on Friday, 3/28. FCT will email the event heat sheets to Coach Ross by 10am on Monday, 3/31.
  Any scratches or entry changes must be completed at the coaches meeting 15 minutes prior to start time of meet, NO EXCEPTIONS! 
o  Entry limitations are 2 individual running events and 1 field, or 1 individual running and 2 field, or 3 field events. Athletes 
      can also compete in both relays.
o  When entering relays please list 6 athletes on each team.  Athletes will only be allowed to participate on the team they are
      listed on. 
o  Lane assignments for the FINALS will be emailed to Coach Ross by 10am on Wed,4/2.
