Entries:
2 athletes per event. Seed times are required for 800 and 1600 only (events contested as timed final; slow heat followed by fast heat).
Preliminary Qualifying:
The 100, 200, 400, hurdles, and relays will run preliminary heats. Seeding for preliminaries will be random (athletes from same school will not be in same heat). Advancing to finals will be the heat winner and next 4 fastest times from all heats.
Scoring:
Six places will score as follows: 10-8-6-4-2-1.
Event Schedule will be shared at the coaches meeting at the beginning of the season.
