2025 Temple Junction Invitational
Meet will be FAT. Entry fees for both gender teams are $250 or $125 for a single gender team. Awards will include a 1st and runner up trophy and medals for the top 3 finishers in each event. Registration must be completed by Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 12:00 Noon. Up to 3 competitors per event are allowed, however only 1 relay team per school will be permitted. Meet starts at 4:00pm, there will be a brief coaches meeting at 3:30pm. Track location is Temple Middle School 275 Rainey Rd Temple, GA 30179. Email Coach Silva for questions at ed.silva@carrollcountyschools.com All checks should be made out to Temple High School Track and be brought to the coaches meeting.

Girls and Boys

Date: April 15, 2025, coaches meeting @ 3:30 pm and meet begins at 4:00 pm
General Information
1. Admission is $5.
2. The Track has eight lanes, is all-weather, and utilizes FAT timing.
3. Shot Put and Discus areas are concrete.
4. Starting blocks will be provided, and you may bring your own.
5. Shots and Discus will be inspected, weighed, and marked before Coaches meeting.
6. Each school may enter three athletes in each individual event and one relay team.
7. All heats and flights will be set according to times, distances, and heights from entry form. Please be honest.
8. We will be scoring 8 places.
9. Champion and runner up trophies will be presented at the conclusion of the meet. Individual Medals will be picked up at the end of the meet.
10. Spectators will only be allowed on the track during field events.
11. Results will be posted live.
12. The control tent is for timers and pickers only. No coach should enter unless summoned over the PA system.
13. Athletes competing in events held at the same time should report to both the Field Judge and the Clerk of the Course. Running events take precedence over field events and vertical events take precedence over horizontal events.
Bus Parking: Buses should drop off athletes and then park in designated bus area.
Check-In: Check in will be located in the center of the field.
Implement Weigh-In: Implements will be weighed in at the shed by the concessions stand
Team Areas
1. Tents are only allowed in the grassy areas around the track that are not near the shot put, jumping pits or the start/finish line.
2. Tents are not allowed in the stands or the infield
