Meet Information
Our Annual General Assembly Meet is going to benefit one of our students this year. Miller Creel is a 6th grader who was just diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, which is a rare form of bone caner. He will need 10 months of treatment and we wanted to show the family that not only is HMS behind him and supporting him, but also there is a huge XC family that is willing to support him too. Again, all registration fees this year will go directly to the family. The meet will be held at Heritage Middle School 4005 Poplar Springs Road Ringgold, Ga 30736. It is a 2 mile course. Boys will run at 4:30. Girls will run at 5:00. Awards will immediately follow for top two teams and top ten individuals of both genders. Cost is $2.50 per number of registered runners. Please check in at the registration tent and pay there. Maps will be available, and we have a water source on the start/finish field if you want to fill your coolers when you arrive. Our team is also preselling t-shirts. If you or one of your runners is interested please send me an email to jguthrie.hms@catoosa.k12.ga.us and the funds from these shirts also go directly to the family. Please help us to make this a big event for this family!!!
