All Runners (grades 9-12) 3 teams per school per event (girls and boys)
Awards: For 1st place teams in each event and for 1st place team overall, Girls & Boys.
Team Scoring: 8 - 6 - 4 - 2; only first heat scores
Hospitality: Provided to coaches only.
Entertainment: DJ will be on hand to provide music.

5:10 DMR (1200-400-800-1600) 1 heat girls/1 heat boys
5:45 SMR (200-200-400-800) 3 heats girls/3 heats boys
6:35 4 x 800 2 heats girls/2 heats boys
7:05 4 x 200 3 heats girls/3 heats boys
7:35 4 x 400 3 heats girls/3 heats boys
Fewer heats in each event will be run if number of entries permits.
Meet may run ahead of schedule, times are suggested only.
