Coaches Meeting at 3:45pm in the center of the field.

First attempts in the Throws and LJ will be measured. The second and third must meet a minimum standard determined by the coaches entries. Inside runway will be used.  *Subject to change based on entries.  Throwing events are on the other side of the baseball field.  Access via stairs to right of stadium.

Girls field events starting at 4:00:  High jump, pole vault, shot put.

Boys field events starting at 4:00:  Discus, long jump, pole vault (right after girls)

5:15 Running Events will begin on a rolling start:  

• 4x800 Relay
• 100/110 Hurdles
• 100
• 400
• 4x100 Relay
• 800
• 200
  
  
• 300 Hurdles
• 1600
• 4x400 Relay

**WE WILL NOT HAVE the Triple Jump, 3200 or 4x200.

- Limit of 6 entries per gender in field events. 

- Limit of 2 teams in Relays. 

- Limit of 6 entries in open running events. 

- Unlimited entries in 1600m.

Running events will begin at 5:15 pm, even if field is not done. So please prepare your athletes. If they are not checked in they will not run.  Please have your kids ready. 

Check-In:  Check in for athletes will be on the field in front of the soccer goal closest to the scoreboard.  Throwers and coaches:  If you have any throwers running, know that the throwing field is away from the track.

Buses and Arrival:  Buses can park in the spaces near the stadium to the right if facing the stadium.  Our students release at 3:10, so we HIGHLY suggest arriving before that time.  Please arrive no Earlier than 1:45.

Cost for the meet is $150 for just one gender, but just $275 for both boys and girls. Please make checks payable to "Chapel Hill High Panther Club".
