Entry Limits
This is the varsity portion of the Forsyth County Meet. Athletes competing in the JV County Meet held at West Forsyth on Monday, March 25th, should not be entered in this meet. The only excpetion to this is for the athletes that are in the "open" 800m Run at the JV meet. Those athletes can also be entered in the open 1600m races during this meet.
3 entries per individual event. Unlimited 1600s.
1 relay team per relay.
Entry Information
$125 per team or $200 for both teams.
Make the checks payable to LHS Track Booster Club and you can either hand-deliver it at the meet or mail to 4205 Stackstone Drive, Cummin, GA 30041.
The deadline for entries on milesplit is Monday, March 25th by 10:00 pm.
Pole Vault Verification
Please turn in completed pole vault verification forms at the coaches meeting. Remember, the new pole vault verification forms require signatures from the principal, the athletic director, the head coach,
and the event coach. Without those signatures and each vaulter's weight and pole rating, athletes from that school will not be allowed to compete.
Check in
Check in for field events will be at the event. Athletes in each event need to know what heat and what lane they are supposed to be in. Athletes in "laned" events will not need a hip number. Athletes participating in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, and/or the anchor leg of the 4 x 800m Relay will need hip numbers. Those distance "athletes" should pick up the hip numbers for all their events when they check in for their first event.
Please keep all athletes that are not staged to participate in the next event in the stands.
Coaches Hospitality
We will provide pizza and drinks for the coaching staff during the running events.
Awards
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers will receive medals. Trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams.
Team Tents
The visitor stands will be closed so please set up your tent up at the top of the home stands.
