1:15 - SCRATCH MEETING

- Scratches must be made at this time. Once the meeting has concluded no further adjustments can be made.

2:00 - 32OOm and ROUND 1 OF FIELD EVENTS

- Boys High Jump, Boys Discus, Boys Triple Jump

- Girls Long Jump, Girls Shot

3:00 - ROUND 2 OF FIELD EVENTS

- Girls High Jump, Girls Discus, Girls Triple Jump

- Boys Long Jump, Boys Shot

3:50 - 4 x 100m Relay (2 heats girls then 2 heats boys)

4:05 - 1600m (1 heat girls then 1 heat boys)

4:35 - 400m (2 heats girls then 2 heats boys)

4:50 - 100m (2 heats girls then 2 heats boys)

5:00 - 100m Hurdles - yellow mark (2 heats girls)

5:15 - 110m Hurdles - blue mark (2 heats boys)

5:30 - 800m (2 heats girls then 2 heats boys)

5:45 - 200m (2 heats girls then 2 heats boys)

15 minute break

6:00 - 4 x 400m Relay - staggered start - (2 heats girls then 2 heats boys)

**Start times after 2:00 are approximate and may change as needed as the meet progresses.

Additional Information

- Team buses will need to unload at the gate (BUS DROP) behind the stadium on Black Creek Church Rd. (See attached map!) Athletes/coaches will cross the track and set up in the HOME side bleachers. **The visitor side bleachers will be closed to teams and spectators.** Please utilize the bleacher sections and NOT the blue seating centered below the pressbox. This area is reserved for spectators.

- Buses must park in the grass along Black Creek Church Rd. (Again, see map.)

- Spectator & parent parking is limited, but available, in Lot B which is located on the home side of the stadium. More parking will be available after 4:00 in Lot B and the school parking lots.

**Traffic is VERY heavy between 3:15 and 4:00. Please relay this to parents!**

- No athletes in the infield or past check-in gate unless checked in and warming up to participate in an event.

- Check-in gate will be the only access to the track and is located at the base of the bleachers towards the scoreboard side of the field.

- Athletes are NOT to stand along or jump the fence adjacent to the track.

- Spectator entry is $5/person. 65 and older, under school-age, AD's and administrators enter at no cost. Cash and cards are accepted at the entry gate.

- Concessions will be available. Cash and card payments accepted.

- Meal + drink tickets for coaches will be included in your team packet upon check-in.

- Please clean up your area before leaving! Trash cans are located throughout the stadium and bleachers.
