Meet Information
$5 per person admission fee collected for all spectators as you arrive to park. No charge for athletes in uniforms and coaches with GHSA passes.

Entry directions
You need to register all 12 athletes that you want to run at the state meet in the Varsity event at the region meet.
The top 7 runners will show up at the starting line for the Varsity race and be timed and scored;
You need to register non-top 12 runners into the JV event at the region meet; they will be timed and scored in the JV race.
Entry deadline is Wednesday, October 18 at 10pm
The Schedule is set to be similar to the State Meet schedule for the 4A Varsity boys & Girls
Note: Another region will be hosting their meet starting at 8am and the last race finishing by 10am. Do not come early.
9:30am You and your team can start arriving. If you want to bring your tents/ equipment the day before and set-up that is fine.

11:25am JV Boys - Region 4-4A (unlimited entries)
11:55am JV GIRLS - Region 4-4A (unlimited entries)
12:30pm Varsity Boys - Region 4-4A (register top 12 in this race, Run top 7)
1:00pm Varsity GIRLS - Region 4-4A (register top 12 in this race, Run top 7)
