The registration deadline is Wednesday, April 11th at 11:00pm.

The cost is $100 dollars for one team. The cost is $175 for bring both boys and girls teams.

*** Admission will be $5 for all guest

MEET NOTES:

1. ATHLETES IN RUNNING EVENTS WILL REPORT TO THE CLERK OF COURSE ON FIRST CALL

2. ATHLETES IN FIELD EVENTS SHOULD REPORT TO THE EVENT AREA ON FIRST CALL.

3. RUNNING EVENTS TAKE PRECEDENT OVER FIELD EVENTS.

4. ATHLETES WILL BE PLACED IN HEATS AT THE CLERK OF COURSE ACCORDING TO TIMES SUBMITTED. SLOWER TIMES WILL RUN IN THE FIRST HEATS.

5. ATHLETES IN RUNNING EVENTS NEED TO REMAIN ON THE TRACK AT THE END OF THEIR RACE UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE.

6. MEDALS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FIRST THREE PLACES AND CAN BE PICKED UP THE SAME DAY

7. RESULTS WILL BE POSTED ON THE INFIELD FOR COACHES ONLY TO RECORD RESULTS.

8. ALL ATHLETES SHOULD USE THE PRACTICE IN THE FIELD BEHIND THE TRACK CONCESSIONS TO WARM-UP AND STRETCH.

9. TEAM TROPHIES WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE FIRST THREE PLACES ACCORDING TO TEAM SCORING

10. SCORING WILL BE 10 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4- 3 - 2 - 1 FOR ALL EVENTS.

11. ALL FIELD EVENT ATHLETES WILL BE GIVEN THREE ATTEMPTS.

12. EACH SCHOOL MAY ENTER A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) COMPETITORS PER INDIVIDUAL EVENT. EACH SCHOOL CAN ENTER ONE (1) RELAY TEAM PER RELAY EVENT.

13. AN INDIVIDUAL CAN ENTER A MAXIMUM OF FOUR ( 4 ) EVENTS.

14. ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED MUST MEET GHSA ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

15. ALL TIMES SUBMITTED FOR RUNNING EVENTS SHOULD BE FOR METERS AND SHOULD BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE SO LANE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE FAIR.

16. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED On-line BY April 9th, 2024 and 11:00pm.

17.NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE THE DAY OF THE MEET.

18. ENTRY FEE IS $175.00 FOR BOTH GIRLS AND BOYS TEAMS OR $100.00 FOR ONE TEAM.

19. All DEVICES WILL BE WEIGHED.

We will hold a scratch meeting at 9:30am in mid-field of the track.

Tents: Tents may be set up on designated grass areas. These areas will be posted, Tent Set-up".

Concession Stand: Please visit the concession stand throughout the meet. We will have a variety of drinks, snacks, and more.

Check In -All field events will check in at the event location. 3200 will check in at the start line. For the remaining running events, the check in tent will be located in the middle of the field. We will have bleachers there.



FIELD EVENTS will follow the schedule listed below. As soon as one field event is completed, the opposite gender's events will start. We will have a rolling schedule for running events, meaning we will give the order of events and a start time for the FIRST RUNNING EVENT. All other events will immediately follow the preceding scheduled event. In the running events, the order will be girls' event first, boys' event second.
