This Meet is Full....Only taking individual entries & only top 16 Individual Entries for 100 & 200 meter girls & boys or those that have met the following standards:

Girls 100 meters=12.00

Girls 200 meters=24.50

Boys 100 meters=11.00

Boys 200 meters=22.50

 



The Christian Coleman Invitational will be a competitive track meet that will allow your team to have loads of fun and run very fast against some stiff competition. All timing will be FAT and electronic entry process provided by the Perfect Timing Group.

Come join us and lets run FAST, jump/throw FAR, vault HIGH and have a FUN time together.

Individual entry limits: Individuals may enter 4 events max.

Each team will be allowed three individual entries per event, and one team per relay.

Awards will be awarded to the top three individuals in each event, trophies will go to the top three teams.

Clerking
: Clerking will be done by SMART Event Management which will ensure a fast and efficient track meet.

 Individual entry fee is $40.00 per athlete & $60.00 per relay team.

Session 1 9:00 AM- GIRLS' HIGH JUMP (4'8), BOYS' SHOT PUT (40ft)BOYS Pole Vault (8'0), GIRLS' LONG JUMP (16ft)BOYS' TRIPLE JUMP (39ft), GIRLS' DISCUS (70ft)
Session 2 Starts immediately after the finish of session 1-BOYS' HIGH JUMP(5'8), Girls Pole Vault (6'0) GIRLS SHOT PUT(30ft) ,BOYS' LONG (19ft) JUMP, GIRLS' TRIPLE JUMP (33ft), BOYS' DISCUS (110ft)
FIELD EVENTS:(Participants should report to their respective competition areas.)(3 trials each in Discus Throw, Long Jump, Shot Put, Triple Jump)

Entries Per Event:Each school is allowed 3 entries for all field events and open track races. The 4x1, 4x2, & 4x4 Relays are limited to 1 team from each school. The 4x8 is also limited to 1 relay per school.

RUNNING EVENTS:The order of all common running event heats will be girls followed by boys.

10:00 AM- Girls' 3200M (Arc Start)

11:00 AM4X800 Meter Relay (One-Curve Stagger)

12:00 Noon 100H/110H

RelayAll participants in a running event should check in with the clerk of course in this area to receive hip numbers, lane, & heat assignments.Entries Per Event: Each school is allowed 3 entries for all field events and open track races. All Relays are limited to 1 team from each school.Entering Athletes: On-line entry will be utilized by accessingwww.gatfxc.com.Entry Fees: $175 per school for each team or $300 for both girls&boys teams. Checks/Money Orders should be made out toWestlake Track & Field Booster Club(not Westlake High School)Scoring: 8 places will score (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1).Medals: Individual medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event.Trophies: Team trophies will be given to the top three teams.Timing:All timing will be conducted by The Perfect Timing Group.Clerking: Clerking will be done by SMART Event Management.Field Events: All field events athletes will take 3 attempts. These marks will be established and published after reviewing all entries.Warm-up Area: The warm-up area is the back parking lot closest to the throwing area and the field on the backside of the track. No warm-ups are permitted on the infield.Drop-off: All buses will park in the back of the school where the sign indicates buses and faculty parking.
