Jean Charles Panther Classic (All-Comers Meet)

Meet Information: First, we would like to honor and remember one of our fallen stars, Jean Charles. The purpose of this meet is to give all of your athletes an opportunity to compete early in the season. This meet will be capped at 16 teams with 5 entries per school in the individual events (NO pole vault or discus). Each school will be allowed to enter a max of 2 teams in the 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m relays and 1 team in the 4x800m relay.
Entry Fee: $175 per school ($125 individual team)

ENTRIES PER EVENT: Each school is allowed 5 entries for all track and field events and a max of 2 entries for the 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m relays and 1 entry in the 4x800m relay.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 11:00pm. There will be no meet day entry changes!!! Timing/Results: SMART Timing
AWARDS: Top 3 finishers in each event will receive a medal.
FACILITY: 8 lane all-weather track surface with 2 Long/Triple Jump runways and pits. The Shot Put and Discus circles are brushed concrete.
WARM-UP AREA: The warm-up area will be on the fields behind the visitors stand. Limited warm-ups will be allowed on the infield.
Field Events: Each contestant will be allowed 4 attempts in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Shot Put. All legal first attempts will be measured. Throws and Jumps will not be measured after the first attempt if the performance is not beyond the minimum measurement mark.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There will be a $5 admission fee. Concessions and restroom facilities will be available as well.
