Apalachee Athletic Conference League Meet 2023

Tents may be set up on the practice field behind the tennis courts.  Packet pick up will be in the red pavilion on the practice field.  Race day payment will be accepted if not mailing a check.

Entry fee will be $5/person at the gate. The gate will be set up between the tennis courts at the Dove Creek tent.  This is cash only.

Cost:

$125/school for both boys and girls teams. Checks made out to Dove Creek Middle School attn:  Scott Burrell Cross Country.

Checks may be mailed or brought day of the meet.

Schedule:

We are starting a slight bit later to give schools plenty of time to arrive, warm up, etc. We understand that bus transportation has been an issue this year, and we want to make sure everyone has sufficient time.

In addition, this will avoid afterschool traffic at North Oconee.
