A tight, compact schedule starting on Friday afternoon and ending under the lights; you'll get home on Friday evening.  We want to continue to provide a quality competition for all of the teams coming.   We are balancing how late the meet runs (time schedule) with the number of entries per team and the quality of those entries.

Here are key points about this year's entries:
  • 2 entries per team in all field events
  • 1 entry per team in all of the relays: 4x100, 4x200, 4x400, 4x800
  • 2 entries per team in the 100H/110H,  300H, and 400m
  • 3 entries per team in the 100m, 200m, 800m
  • 1600m- There is a minimum time standard to get 1 entry (time verified by a 2023 mile split time)
      • Girls:  minimum Time Standard to get 1 entry is 6:30 or faster
      • Girls: will allow a 2nd, 3rd & 4th entry if ALL runners under 6:10 
      • Boys:  minimum time Standard for 1 entry is 5:30 minutes or faster 
      • Boys: will allow a 2nd, 3rd, & 4th entry if ALL runners under 5:10 

3200m-There is a minimum time standard to get 1 entry (time verified by a 2023 mile split time)

      • Girls:  minimum Time Standard to get 1 entry is 14:00 or faster
      • Girls: will allow a 2nd, 3rd & 4th entry if ALL runners under 13:20 
      • Boys:  minimum time Standard for 1 entry is 11:40 minutes or faster 
      • Boys: will allow a 2nd, 3rd, & 4th entry if ALL  runners under 11:00



Schedule of Events


We will have our HD Jumbo scoreboard with live results and live video of Track and Field events! In addition to the scoreboard, we have a brand new resurfaced 8 lane track, new hurdles, a new pole vault pit and 2 shot put and discus areas as well as 2 high jump pits.

All timing will be FAT. Instructions for registering are found above.

$150.00 per team, that is per gender. If you bring both men and women then it is $250.00.

Admission: $5 per spectator

Full concession stand will be available as well as coaches hospitality.

: 4 events per athlete

Awards:
We will have a 1st place, 2nd place trophies for Girl's/Boy's Teams. Top three in each event will Medal! Also, a high point male and female trophy.
