High School Races: Only open to public or private schools in Gwinnett County.
Schedule:
o 7:30 AM: Coaches Meeting @ Check in/ Results Tent
o 8:00 AM: Girls Varsity - (10 entries), Top 25 Medals
o 8:30 AM: Boys Varsity - (10 entries), Top 25 Medals
o 9:00 AM: Girls Championship JV - (15 entries), Top 25 Medals
o 9:30 AM: Boys Championship JV - (15 entries), Top 25 Medals
o 10:00 AM: Middle School 3200 (Boys & Girls) - (Unlimited entries), Top 15 Medals per gender
o 10:30 AM: Girls Open JV - (Unlimited entries), Top 15 Medals
o 11:00 AM: Boys Open JV - (Unlimited entries), Top 15 Medals
o 11:30 AM: Awards

o Absolutely NO pets allowed (except service animals)
Roster & Timing Services:
o The deadline for the entries is Wednesday, September 14th at 10:00 PM. After this, no roster changes will be allowed.
o Timing will be courtesy of Runners Fit Race Works.
Awards:
o Middle School and Open medals will be awarded at the finish.
o Varsity: Top 4 Teams will receive trophies, Top 25 individuals medal
o Championship JV: Top 3 Teams will receive trophies, Top 25 individuals medal
o Open JV: Top 15 per gender medal, no team trophies, Middle School and Open medals will be awarded at the finish.
o Middle School: Top 3 Teams will receive trophies, Top 15 per gender medal, middle school medals will be awarded at the finish.
o Gwinnett Cup awarded to team with lowest combined Varsity, Junior Varsity Boys & Girls score.
Amenities & Concessions:
o Porta-Pots will be provided at the site.
o Concessions will be available through GIHP vendors.
Admission Fee:
o $5 for all, but children 10 and under are free, $6 if using credit card. Cash is accepted for admission.
Entry Fee:
o High School: $275 for boys and girls, $175 for one gender
o Middle School: $100 for boys and girls
o If you do not mail the check by September 12, 2022, please bring the check to the check-in table the day of the event. Teams paying the morning of or received by mail on 9/17 will be charged a $25 late fee.
o Pick up Team Packets with race numbers at the check-in tent.

Volunteers Needed:
o Teams attending the Gwinnett County Meet should recruit 3 adult volunteers during all races from each school to: Work the water table

1632 Centennial Olympic Pkwy
Take Exit 82 off Interstate 20 in Conyers. Travel North approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance to the Park is 2 miles ahead on the right.
An alternative route to the Park is via Salem Road (Exit 84) off Interstate 20. Take Exit 84 and travel North approximately 1 mile. At Gees Mill Road, turn right and the Georgia International Horse Park Gate A is 2.5 miles on the right. To continue to the main gate (Gate C), continue past Gate A and turn right at the stop sign onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance will be on your right.
Alternate Route (Non Interstate) GA 20 East to right on Rosebud. Continue on to Millers Bottom Road (formerly Rosebud). Turn right on GA 138 West to left on to Costley Mill Rd. Take a right on Gees Mill road then your 1st left to stay on Gees Mill Road. Follow signs to race.
