Important notice: Due to the high incidence of new COVID

INFECTIONS, we will be making some schedule and administration adjustments for
athlete safety. Please read and examine the new safety instructions and new schedule!!

New COVID Safety Plan:

a. Masks will be required for all athletes when not competing on the runway.

b. Masks will be required for all spectators and coaches.

c. All participants will need to prove COVID vaccination or a COVID negative test result to compete in this meet.

d. A NEW Meet Schedule is listed below. This is to spread out the Competition Groups for better safety.

This will be our 7th Annual State Title Indoor PV Meet!

Now the meet moves to TWO days!!

We will be having the Masters-Open & "Low Pit" MS/HS Girls "B" Competition on Day 1!

The Youth Only Competition (MS-HS) will continue on Day 2!

Out of State Athletes are invited! USATF Certified Officials!

1. Facility opens one hour before competition begins. Warm-ups start 30 min before the bar goes up. See the Meet Schedule below.

2. 3:00pm start time: Saturday / 9:00am start time Sunday.

3. New Schedule of Events:

Day 1: Saturday, Jan. 22 / Masters-Open & "Low" Pit MS-HS Girls "B"

4. To be considered for the "State Championship" Youth PV meet, athletes must be registered and qualified (Starting Height) for the "High Pit A" group competition.

5. Entry on Coach O (wwwcoacho.com): $20. Remember to list your current PR for seeding purposes in the HS

competitions.

Meet Details and Information

1. Entry fee: $20 online at Coach O / $25 at the venue.

2. Waivers must be completed before the competition. Waivers will be available at the venue.

3. Medals will go to the Top 6 in the HS State Championship Groups / Medals will go to the Top 3 in the MS/HS "B" Groups.

4. PV-ATL Event spectator fee: $5. Sorry!! NO Folding chairs. Atlanta Track Club will have BLEACHER seating for all spectators!

5. SMART Meet Management will be collecting the meet data for all meet results, officials and Live Stream Photo/Media for our event.

6. 1/4 inch Pyramid Spikes, only!

7. There are 35 parking spaces on the venue site. Extra parking on the street is available.

8. PV-ATL Boosters will provide free water, sports drinks and snacks & pizza though-out the meet.
